At Lily Lolo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mineral beauty products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
